A girl born on February 21, 1947, in Italy named Lidia Giuliana Matticchio Bastianich became one of the most famous American Chefs in 1958 she migrated to the United States and now she is an Italian-American celebrity chef, television host, author, and restaurateur. Her family opened a restaurant in 1971 named Buonavia. Here she worked as an assistant chef.
She is an Emmy award-winning public TV host, a bestseller cookbook author, and a successful restaurateur, and she specializes in Italian and Italian-American cuisines, she is also the partner with the chain of Italian restaurants that called Eataly of NYC, Chicago, and Boston, Los Angeles, Dallas, Las Vegas, Toronto.

Thomas Aloysius Keller was born on October 14, 1955, he is one of the most famous American chefs, restaurateurs, and cookbook writers. He awarded concurrent three-star Michelin ratings for two different restaurants. He was also designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honor. He started cooking in his mother’s restaurant and later trained under French-born Master Chef Roland Henin.
He won many awards, including James Beard Awards for photography, the best new restaurant, outstanding services, best chef, outstanding restaurant, etc.

Dominique Crenn was born in 1965 in Locronan and adopted at 18 months by a French couple from Versailles. She is the only woman who gets three Michelin stars for her restaurant Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, California. She is an award-winning Chef known for creating food that’s visually, textually, and conceptually exciting with a deep, emotional center.
